To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Alpha Cleaning Service. We have been doing business with Alpha Cleaning Service for over a year-and-a-half now since November, 2007. I have nothing but good things to say about Alpha. We had been through several cleaning services prior to Alpha and maintaining the problems associated with the other companies had become a fairly large job. It seemed like a daily occurrence to have someone complain about something not done properly in their area. Since we hired Alpha, complaints have virtually disappeared.

Alpha takes our business very seriously. Cindi Payne has been in the business world and is very aware of how it works. She knows that we need a cleaning service that will take complete ownership of the business, and that is exactly what they do. We have very few issues, but when we do, Alpha has always handled them very quickly and very professionally.

When we hired Alpha in 2007, we agreed to work with them on a one year contract but told them that it was fairly certain that we would bid the work out again at the end of one year. Alpha was doing such a good job, we chose not to re-bid the business at the end of that first year.

I have been very amazed at the low turnover rate within their company. I am not sure what they do differently, but they have the same basic group of employees working here now as when they first started here. With other cleaning companies, we never knew who was going to be here from month to month. Also, Alpha's supervisors do frequent inspections. Each employee has to sign off on problems found from the inspection and we are provided with a copy of the inspection.

Thus far, Alpha has given us a high quality cleaning service at a very competitive cost. It was very nice to be able to achieve both of those goals with the same company.
